Kaninchen Kart

A racing game for the 2024 GameCraft GameJam inspired by Formula GJH and F1.

Here's some tips for you:

Keep an eye on the Status Panel. It displays information about the car's battery (on the left-hand side), remote controller battery (right-hand side), motor temperature and tyre health. You can freely visit the Box next to the longest straight to recharge the car's battery and change the tyres. All you need to do is to stop completely inside. If you don't charge the car's battery, the car will stop and be unable to race. Similarly, if you don't change batteries in your remote controller, the car will disconnect and might drive away uncontrollably. The motor temperature can't exceed 100°C, otherwise the motor will be destroyed. If you destroy a rear wheel, the car will be slower. If a front wheel gets destroyed, the turning radius will be worse. The car will be unable to move when any two wheels are destroyed. Fortunately, when the car does get damaged to a point it can't continue driving, it will be taken to the Box and everything will be repaired. However, you then need to return to where it broke to continue.
